Shipping
* FREE Standard shipping on orders $75.00 or more for Continental U.S. customers.
* $5.00 Standard shipping on orders $74.99 or less for Continental U.S. customers.
* Expedited shipping and shipping to areas outside of Continental U.S. - regular shipping fees apply.

Ground orders received by 1pm (MDT-Mountain Daylight Time), Monday-Friday, will ship within 2 business day in most cases. Next Day and 2nd Day will ship same day if received by 1pm (MDT), however, no guarantees are made. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any expected delays in shipping will be communicated to the customer immediately.

We ship via UPS or US Postal Service (USPS) for domestic orders including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands as well as Internationally. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories cannot be expedited. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any additional import duties/taxes that their country may charge. 42 Saint and 42saint.com will not be held responsible for such charges and will not be responsible for return shipping charges if the order is refused.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel any order that has NOT SHIPPED. We ship quickly, within a day or two, so if you need to cancel BEFORE we ship, please call or email as soon as possible. Any shipped order cannot be cancelled. Contact us at: 480.998.0495 or contactus@42saint.com.

We will not be liable for delays in shipping caused by external causes (i.e. weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, traffic delays, etc.).

42 Saint is trying its best to ship 'green' by reusing boxes, packaging material, etc. Thank you for helping us !

Returns or Exchanges

In the rare event you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased on our site, you may return the item(s) to us. You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for refund or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition with tags attached, and is returned in the original shipping container.

It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to insure that the merchandise being returned is to be packaged for shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. In the event a product is returned damaged, no refund/exchange will be issued. A copy of your original email invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice whether you would like credit/refund or an exchange for a different size or item. We want your purchase to fit the first time so pay attention to the fit notes on each item to help you when ordering sizes. Also feel free to call or email us with any questions that might help you decide on ordering. We really want you to be happy with your purchase. We are real people who work in a real store. We know our merchandise extremely well and would be happy to help.

42 Saint strongly recommends that you use a traceable method, such as UPS, for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. 42 Saint is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit. For this reason, we also suggest insuring your return merchandise.

Upon 42 Saint's receipt of return, you will be issued a credit to the credit card used for purchase or an exchange within 3-5 business days. Please refer to the individual item customer service numbers on your original email receipt.

For our International customer's: Not all foreign bank-issued credit cards use the AVS system required for authorization, so if one credit card does not work, please try another from a different bank.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to purchases made from customers who reside in Arizona. The sales tax rate for Arizona customers is 9.3%, which is the current rate as of November 1, 2011.
